Staff inventory
All invited, signed-in staff can add, edit and delete. Items marked Available or Reserved appear on the public website, including the price, notes and photo: trucks and equipment on the Inventory page, parts on the Parts page. Parts show availability only, not quantity. Items marked Sold / Used stay private.

Postings marked Open appear on the public Careers page and in the Position list on the Apply page. Set a posting to Closed to hide it without deleting it.

Imports can partially succeed. Progress and errors are shown above. Reimporting creates duplicates.
